The artist Chucho Valdes, who spoke this morning at a press conference at the city of Granada, reported that in his next concert, in this Andalusian city, will resume his father's songs.
The concert, he said, will allow him to touch all the genres, jazz and Afro-Cuban music knows, in addition some classic combinations and other.
"Includes the word music in its entirety," said the artist, who will perform at the Manuel de Falla Auditorium, where "everything is improvised," and the songs will be the pretext "to do what I think at that moment," he added.
"I think it will be very beautiful, because every gig is different but touches on several themes: the changes are going to be different," said Valdes.
The Cuban artist has confessed to being prepared for a special form of the concerto, in Granada, because it will include some previews.
It will be two original compositions, he wrote recently and that he thought to his next album.
